Thank you to everyone who has participated in Child & Family’s 2024 Holiday Giving Program. Your support and dedication to our mission is truly appreciated.

On behalf of Child & Family, we warmly invite generous individuals like you – along with your family, friends, and colleagues – to join this season’s Holiday Giving Program. We collect toys, gifts, and clothing for children in need, as well as daily essentials such as hats, cleaning supplies, and toiletries for our older clients. (We kindly ask that all items be new and tagged.)

*If you or your company are hosting a toy drive on behalf of Child & Family, please contact us so we can coordinate the drop-off to ensure we can distribute all donations in a timely manner.

Our Holiday Giving will kick off on Monday, November 18, 2024.

You can participate in the following ways:  

• The Adopt-A-Family program with specific family wish lists to fulfill
• Purchase items from the list below for our senior clients  
• Make a monetary gift to support our clients and programs during this holiday season  

Adopt-A-Family with children’s specific wish lists: 

This year, we are using the Roonga platform to simplify the process. Follow this link to Child & Family’s Adopt-A-Family Holiday Program, register, and choose your wish lists for children and families in need. If the button above does not work, copy and paste this address into your browser https://www.roonga.com/childandfamilyriholidaygiving2024.

Roonga will provide you with a child’s gender, age, clothing size, and a wish list for each child in the family/families you choose. Next, shop for the children you select. Please provide 3 to 7 gifts per child and a Walmart or grocery store gift card for the parent/parents to purchase holiday food and other gifts.  

Please remember to register as a donor first and then let the shopping and wrapping begin as we enter the season of giving!  

When you choose a wish list(s), Roonga will provide full instructions. Please be sure to read the Purchasing Guidelines and Drop-Off Details.  

Please note: Drop-off dates are between Monday, December 2 – Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 31 John Clarke Road, Middletown, R.I., between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Necessities for older adults in our Aging Well program: 

If you would like to support our older clients, below is a list of items we are collecting at our building. Please deliver them to Child & Family, 31 John Clarke Road, by Thursday, December 12, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.

*Please note that we are requesting new items with tags to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

Child & Family raises money year-round for the most vulnerable people across the state. Your financial support is crucial to our mission.
