MIDDLETOWN, R.I. February 23, 2018 – Child & Family Vice President of Human Resources, Patricia Holliday, was honored by her peers at an industry leadership conference held in Salt Lake City, Utah, February 7th to the 9th. Along with 250 other human resources professionals from around the globe, Ms. Holliday was selected to attend the leadership event, called LEAD (Leadership Excellence And Development), with many more, worldwide, participating via the broadcasting of keynote addresses. The LEAD event included roundtable discussions, workshops and networking events, and also celebrated excellence in leadership development programs and performance at an awards gala on February 9.
Based on peer feedback, industry performance and a review of her outstanding HR & Talent Management professional achievements, Ms. Holliday was selected into the “Winners Circle” for Top Corporate Leader in the 35+ category. Within that select group of 25 individuals she ranked 5th. According to the LEAD event organizers, “These prestigious leadership awards salute the world’s top leadership practitioners and programs and highlight their roles in developing their most important asset – their people.”
A native of Rhode Island, Holliday has been Vice President of Human Resources for Child & Family for four years. Prior to joining the social services agency, headquartered in Middletown, she supported human resources and talent management in executive and leadership roles within public education for both profit and non-profit organizations at the local, national and international level. Ms. Holliday is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Northeastern University.
