Approaching my 3-year anniversary at Child & Family, I couldn’t be prouder of my contribution or more thankful for the opportunity! Though I came to the agency without a background in direct service or social work, I am able to use my skills and strengths to support my colleagues who work with the community, and to advance the agency’s mission. Each workday feels like a success, knowing I helped someone to help someone else.

Hello, my name is Michaela Murphy. I am the assistant supervisor of Child & Family’s Family Stabilization Program (FSP). I began my career at Child & Family after graduating from RIC with my bachelor’s in criminal justice. What I love about my job is the ability to connect with so many parents and youth at all stages
